We are a family owned and operated business. We run regular bizz hours and take vacations. We will notify you through our website of this.
Since these are contributed items, there is no refunds, some electronics exceptions. If returns are allowed you will receive store credit. All shipping, including returns are paid for by buyer. Some items will have free shipping, but if returned the buyer will pay the return shipping fee.
These items have been contributed by special people. Descriptions are supplied to the best of our knowledge.
At this time we only accept local items, we house the items up for sale from the seller. This is why we can ship so quickly.
Each item is VERY limited, since these are contributed, quite often there is only one of each item.
*Electronic Returns: Can be returned at the customers expense. We must receive item within 5 days of customer receiving package, we track all packages mailed. It is customers responsibility to send their purchase in a 'tracked' package. The tracking number is proof that the recipient received their package. NO returns on Cell Phones, buying "as-is".
Electronic (e-books) books, unless noted, they will be delivered to you (electronic delivery) within 24 hours to your email. You will receive the link and or the file.
We only accept
Paypal Google (switching to google, never again will we use
paypal), which is a trusted payment transfer.
We
use Google Checkout, some people have found that they have had issues
putting items in their cart. If you find that you are having problems,
change the browser that you are using. We have found that IE browser
works better then most even though we try to get the checkout and buy
now to work with all browsers. If you are still having problems contact
us. Also since Google uses a JavaScript, make sure that is turned on and
not getting errors. If you still are having problems, send us a note and
we will send you a 'buy now' link in an email. Make sure you do not have
us blocked and you supply a working email with the exact item,
description, website url and anything else that will allow us to help
you.
No More Paypal: Since we are a reliable business, if one of our customers changes their mind of an order before it is processed, we have no problem to refund money. Paypal charges us a fee to do so. Which we do NOT want to pass onto you. So we are NO longer going to use Paypal. We are proud to use Google Checkout. A better and more reliable internet service.

shopping: All shipments will be mailed on "not set at this time"
Christmas shopping: No shipping between "not set at this time".
Since we ship the majority of items priority, you can get your items before Christmas if you purchase on or before "not set at this time". If the item you purchase exceeds weight limit per the price you paid, it will be shipped at a 'slower' shipping rate and then there is no guarantee to get to destination before Christmas..
We contact and update buyers per email. Make sure you do NOT have the following domains blocked: recycledoutlet.com, usps.com and/or ups.com. If and/or when we receive any type of notification that our domain is blocked, we will take NO responsibility if we have important information to send to buyer and it can not be processed through.
Average time for purchases to be processed and shipped can be up to 5 days. Since we recycle wonderful items, we also recycle shipping packages. We are ALL recycling and reuse site. When we take vacations, shipping will be up to 5 days after processing.
No purchase necessary, enter to win a lovely hand crafted unique piece

winners will have their package mailed after Christmas. The
list of winners will be posted after Christmas. Enter once a day, each
day until Christmas and you do not have to worry that we will spam you.
